Request support and allow benchmarking

When you request a company account on the Aviapp® platform, you can choose whether or not:

  • To enable Aviapp®'s benchmark feature
  • To share your company's data with Huvepharma

To change these settings or request support, contact aviapp@huvepharma.com.

To see which settings are enabled, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the Aviapp Admin panel (see Access the Aviapp admin panel).
  2. Select the Client tab to open the Client Home screen.
  3. You will see:
    • A checked box next to Analytical support when you allowed access to your client to facilitate the generation of health and analytical reports for your company.
    • A checked box next to Technical IT support when you allowed access to your client for IT service and technical assistance.
    • A checked box next to Allow benchmarking when you allowed access to your client for benchmarking (see Benchmarking).
