Request a company account

Proceed as follows to request a company or "client" account on the Aviapp® platform:

  1. Go to https://aviapp.huvepharma.com/.
  2. Select Apply your Company account here.
  3. On the Request access screen, specify the client and account owner info.
    Important:

    If you request access to the Aviapp® platform on behalf of your company, you will become the account owner of your company. The account owner is the legal representative of a company, who will act as the main legal contact between Huvepharma and the company. An account owner has more rights than a regular admin user.

    As an account owner, you will be responsible for reading and accepting Aviapp®'s user license agreement on behalf of your company.

  4. If necessary, select Add extra admin and add the email address of an extra admin user.
    Note: Just like the account owner, this extra admin user will immediately be able to access the company account as soon as Huvepharma approves the request and sends an invitation email.
  5. Consider the following options:

    • Select Share my data anonymously for benchmarking to enable the benchmark feature on the Aviapp® platform for your company.

      If you select this option, you agree to share your company's data anonymously with other companies that use the Aviapp® platform. In return, you will be able to compare your company's performance to industry benchmarks.

    • Select Analytical support to allow access to your client to facilitate the generation of health and analytical reports for your company.

      If you select this option, you agree that Huvepharma can use your company's data for reporting and analysis purposes as an extra service to your company. None of this confidential data will be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of your company.

    • Select Technical IT support to allow access to your client for IT service and technical assistance.

      If you select this option, you agree that Huvepharma can use your company's data for reporting and analysis purposes as an extra service to your company. None of this confidential data will be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of your company.

  6. Read and accept Aviapp®'s user license agreement and privacy statement.
  7. Select Send.
    Once Huvepharma approves your request to create an Aviapp® company account, you will automatically receive an invitation email.
  8. Select the link in the invitation email to complete your personal registration (see section Register your new Aviapp account).
