Synchronize your data

It is important to synchronize the Aviapp® app with the Aviapp® platform to make sure that you are working with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Keep both the app and the platform as much up-to-date as possible.

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
To be able to synchronize data between the Aviapp® app and the Aviapp® platform, you need to establish a connection with the Aviapp® platform.
  2. To synchronize your data while working in online mode, simply select the Sync button in the synchronization status banner.
  3. To synchronize your data while working in offline mode, proceed as follows:
    1. Set the toggle button in the synchronization status banner to Online.
    2. Select Sync in the Synchronization needed pop-up window that appears.
  4. If an Error while syncing warning message appears, select Try again.
  5. If a second Error while syncing warning message appears, select Stay offline and try to synchronize your data later.

You will also have the option to force the synchronization of your data by selecting Force sync. This might result in a loss of data however and should be avoided whenever possible. If you don't need to synchronize your data, it is best to stay in offline mode and try to synchronize your data later.

    Note:

You can update or force quit your Aviapp® app without losing any of your offline data. These data are uploaded to the Aviapp® platform during the next synchronization.

All non-synchronized data will be permanently deleted when you delete the Aviapp® app from your device.
