Enter health data of a "normal" flock sample

The health modules sidebar on the scoring screen contains all the health modules that you selected during the creation of the visit (see section Add a new visit (using the Visits Home screen)).

Note: When you are using the Aviapp® app on your smartphone, you first need to select the arrow on the bottom left of the page, before you can view or edit the list of health modules.

As soon as you make a single change, Aviapp® will save all the data in the scoring screen in a health report, even if you close the scoring screen by selecting All visits in the upper-left of the screen.

Important:

If you do not score a particular health module or bird, you should remove it from the scoring screen. The reason for this is that a score of ‘0’ is automatically attributed to each health module or bird that you have selected for that visit. This might lead to false or biased data.

  1. Select the bird number near the top of the scoring screen, depending on which bird of the flock sample you are examining.

The currently selected bird is highlighted and accompanied by a icon.

Aviapp® saves the number of birds that you select for your next visit.

  2. In the health modules sidebar, select the group of health modules that you want to examine for a specific bird.
Note: When you are using the Aviapp® app on your smartphone, you first need to select the arrow on the bottom left of the page, before you can view or edit the list of health modules.
The various health modules appear on the scoring screen.
  3. Attribute a score to each health module by selecting one of the circled numbers (which represent the possible scores).
Tip: Select the icon to view additional information and a visual representation of the different scores of each individual health module.
  4. Score all relevant health modules for each bird of the flock sample by repeating the previous steps.
