Edit the user rights of a user

  1. Go to the Aviapp Admin panel (see Access the Aviapp admin panel).
  2. Select the Users tab to open the Users Home screen.
  3. If necessary, use the Search field to find the user that you are looking for.
  4. Select Edit rights next to the name of the user on the Users Home screen.
  5. Specify the countries, companies, complexes or farms to which this user should be granted access in the Visibility rights section.

You can give a user access to your company (or "client") both on a client structure level (companies, complexes and farms) and on a geographic level (countries and regions). In this way, you can set the user rights of each user in great detail.

For instance, you can limit a user's access to one single complex, by selecting this complex in the client structure filters (left-hand column under Client access rights) and also specify that this user should only have access to the farms (within this complex) that are located in a specific region by selecting this region in the geographic filter (right-hand column under Client access rights).

    Important:

It is important to select one or more options on both the client structure level as well as on the geographic level.

For instance, if you grant a user access to a specific complex, but you do not grant this same user access to the country or region in which this complex is located, then the user will not be able to access the complex.

To give the user:Do the following:
    full access

Select the Give access to all companies and Give access to all countries checkboxes.

access to one or more specific companies

Select the relevant company in the list of companies under Client access rights.

Select Give access to entire company.

access to one or more specific complexes

Select the relevant company in the list of companies under Client access rights.

Select the complex or complexes to which the user is to be granted access.

access to one or more specific farms

Select the relevant company in the list of companies under Client access rights.

Select the + button next to the relevant complex to view the underlying farms and select the farm or farms to which the user is to be granted access.

access to one or more specific countries

Select Geographic filter and select the relevant country in the list of countries that appears.

Select the Give access to entire country checkbox.

access to one or more specific regions

Select Geographic filter and select the relevant country in the list of countries that appears.

Select the region or regions to which the user is to be granted access.

Important: For some countries, there are regions that overlap geographically. For Belgium for instance, you can select the Flemish region but you can also select the Antwerp region (more specifically). To make sure that the user gets access to the correct farms, you need to select the exact region that was selected during the creation of each farm.
Note: You can give a user access to all the current farms of a specific complex by individually selecting these farms. If, however, you want a user to automatically have access to all the future farms that are added to this complex, then you need to select the complex itself.
