Send a reminder email

Proceed as follows to send a reminder email to a user that you have previously invited to Aviapp®:

  1. Go to the Aviapp Admin panel (see Access the Aviapp admin panel).
  2. Select the Users tab to open the Users Home screen.
  3. Select next to the name of the user on the Users Home screen.
  4. Select Yes to confirm.

Once the user accepts the invitation and registers on the Aviapp® platform, the icon changes to .

Note:

The link in a reminder email remains active for 14 days. Once the link is expired, you will have to re-invite that user again.
