Format a graph
You can modify the way in which your data are displayed on the graph by using the toggle buttons on the Custom graph screen.
Each time you use one of the toggle buttons to format the graph, you need to replot the graph to implement your changes.
- Select the Graphs tab to open the Graphs Home screen.
-
Do any of the following:
- Create a new graph on the Graphs Home screen (see section Create a new graph).
- Open a saved graph on the Graphs Home screen.
-
To modify the data displayed on the X-axis of the graph, use the X-axis toggle button:
-
Select Period to have Aviapp® display the average values of the selected datasets according to the visit date.
This time period is the same as the date range that you specified in the Period fields of the first dataset in the Graphs pane on the Custom graph screen.
To change the time interval of the X-axis, see step 4.
-
Select Age to have Aviapp® display the average values of the selected datasets according to the age of the birds on the visit date.
Now, you will be able to evaluate and compare your various periods for each dataset.
Note:If you set the X-axis toggle button to Age, you can specify a date range for each individual dataset that you add in the Graphs pane on the Custom graph screen (see section Add one or more datasets to a graph).
-
-
To modify the time interval of the X-axis, use the Interval toggle button:
Note: If the X-axis toggle button is set to Age, then you cannot select a value on the Interval toggle button.
You have four options (from left to right on the Interval toggle button):
- day
- week
- month
- year
-
To modify the data displayed on the Y-axis of the graph, use the Y-axis toggle button:
- Select Average to display the Av. Score or "Total" (see section Open and edit a health report) of the flocks on the Y-axis.
- Select Percentage to display the prevalence (%) in the flocks on the Y-axis.
- To switch between a line and a bar graph, use the Chart type toggle button.
- After each modification, select Build graph to replot the graph.
